One For All(R) Xsight(TM) Remotes Provide Ultimate Home Theater Control and Consumer Ease of Setup

(UEI) (Nasdaq:UEIC) announced a new lineup of advanced retail remotes under the One For All(R) brand for distribution outside of North America. The Xsight(TM) line of advanced remote controls offers an exciting new out-of-the-box experience for consumers with both on-remote set up and Web-based personalization that are truly consumer friendly.

Xsight can be set up in minutes with no need for instruction manuals by using the intuitive menu on the 2.2" color display; the process is simple and straightforward. For users who want to explore everything Xsight has to offer, UEI has developed the Web application EZ-RC(TM) that is built around a single consumer friendly interface for use by anyone who can surf the Web. Users create a personal account to begin. The application accepts any previously set up devices from the on-remote setup and then is able to add or change devices as well as personalize more advanced features such as favorites, profiles and activities. The entire process is extremely simple.

The two new products, Xsight Colour(TM) and Xsight Touch(TM), offer a wide range of user-friendly features and functions:
